This picture literally breaks my heart. I can’t even imagine.
GROW DINOSAURS
We literally have an entire trilogy of movies that explain why that is a bad idea.
WHY DON’T PEOPLE LEARN FROM MOVIES?
One of our family’s favorites! Cauliflower crust pizza! We didn’t use sauce so it is completely clean!! #varyyourveggies #cleaneating #healthyliving #yummy #foodporn
I’ve gotten pretty fluffy in the past couple weeks, and I believe I have semi-valid reasons. My boyfriend is deploying in exactly one month from yesterday and we were together as much as possible (a couple weekends) and ate yummy, Charleston food without worrying about what was in it. We both enjoy food and we were enjoying it with each other. Two weeks ago, I had a paper due in a writing class that was worth pretty much my whole grade, because if I failed it or didn’t meet certain requirements, I failed the course. This past week was finals week and I was studying my butt off. With the end of the semester, and all of the work and studying that was involved, I didn’t have time to focus on what I was eating and I definitely didn’t have time to workout. NOT bad reasons, right?
I had lost 5-7 lbs. (of course it fluctuates depending on what I eat, how much water I drink, etc. daily) since the semester began. And when I weighed myself yesterday, and today, I weighed the same I did when i left for FSU. I know that this is bloating and menial weight put on from the last couple weeks and I know that it will probably be gone again with a focused week, which I am promising by the way.
This fluff weight aside, I have about 15 pounds to lose to be at my ideal body type. This summer, I am juicing twice a day on weekdays and once a day on weekends and I am going gluten free. I will also be doing crossfit training. I’m not mad at myself for gaining a few pounds. I know that I’m still a size 4- a size that I wasn’t when I left for school, and I know that I’m lifting heavier than I did when I left (I’m getting some nice musskles!). I AM a LITTLE annoyed about the setback, but I know that it will be easily fixed because it doesn’t even COMPARE to the progress that has been made in the past year or the past 4 months.
I WILL NOT QUIT.
